  • A.T.R.™2 ( “At the Ready”) Folding Knife C70G2

    $339.00
    Spyderco Knives

Spyderco’s A.T.R.—or “At the Ready”—is a knife that truly lives up to its name. A cult classic when it was originally released, it is now back and better than ever as the A.T.R. 2. The heart of this full-service folding knife is its stout CPM® S30V® stainless steel blade, which features a saber grind, a dramatic swedge (unsharpened back bevel), and both Spyderco’s Trademark Round Hole™ and a Cobra Hood™ for swift, positive, one-handed opening with either hand.

The blade is housed in an ergonomic handle shaped to “bracket” the hand and ensure a rock-solid grip in even the most demanding conditions. Full stainless steel liners provide exceptional structural strength and are the basis of the knife’s Compression Lock® mechanism. They also serve as the foundation for textured black G-10 scales and a reversible hourglass pocket clip that supports tip-up carry on either side of the body. Both the liners and scales are skeletonized with a matching series of holes to reduce weight and increase grip security. This detail complements the handle’s lightweight, open-backed construction style to optimize the balance of the knife and simplify cleaning and maintenance.

One of the most advanced folding knives ever produced, the A.T.R. 2, like its predecessor, is destined for greatness.

  • ARK ”Always Ready Knife” Neck Knife 2.5″ H1 Satin Plain Blade, Black FRN Handles, Polymer Sheath FB35PBK

    $120.00

The ARK is a purpose-designed personal-defense knife conceived by U.S. Army combat veteran John Shirley and his friend Sam Owens. While deployed to Afghanistan, Shirley learned that an alarming number of U.S. personnel were falling victim to sexual assault, particularly while showering. Drawing from his knowledge of the Japanese martial arts and with the help of Owens’ skills as a craftsman, they developed the ARK as a lightweight self-defense tool that can literally be carried anywhere. The heart of the ARK is its deeply curved clip-point blade ground from H-1 steel – a nitrogen-based alloy that is extremely corrosion resistant. The curved edge packs impressive cutting power into the compact blade and the clip-point profile ensures a strong, extremely sharp point.

The ARK’s fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handle is molded directly onto the tang and features Spyderco’s proven Bi-Directional Texturing pattern and an index-finger groove to a secure grip – even with wet hands.

To ensure universal carry, the ARK includes an injection-molded polymer neck sheath with a breakaway ball chain. Best of all, the ARK and its sheath together weigh only 2.0 ounces (57 grams), so you’ll hardly know it’s there – until you need it.

  • Assist Rescue Folding Knife 3-11/16″ VG10 Black Combo Blade, Black FRN Handles, Whistle, Retractable Window Breaker, Lockback C79PSBBK

    $190.00
    Spyderco

Spyderco named this knife after its principal job function, to assist. The Assist Black Blade is a lightweight folder for emergency fire/rescue professionals and the well-equipped citizen who rely on knives to be straightforward in use and perform flawlessly. The blade is coated in non-reflective black carbon nitride with a patented lift-and-pry (blunt-nose) shape made from high-carbon VG-10 stainless steel and loaded with teeth. Most of its 3-3/8″ (86mm) cutting edge is serrated with the last inch at the tip left Plain Edged.

Above the one-hand-open hole sits a feature called a Cobra Hood™. It’s a metal cap that guides the thumb over the hole for quick, by-feel opening then doubles as a textured leveraging platform for your thumb during cutting. A wavy pattern cut out of the top of the blade and again along the handle is for controlled rope cutting. By placing a rope in the groove (between the partially open blade and handle) you can squeeze the blade shut, slicing and trimming rope in a controlled movement without fully exposing the cutting edge. The handle is black lightweight fiberglass reinforced nylon (FRN) with a survival whistle built into the butt end, shrill and high-pitched enough to get you noticed. A reinforced wire pocket clip attaches through the handle on either side for left- or right-hand use. A retractable and replaceable carbide-tip glass/ice breaker is housed inside the handle and is exposed when the closed blade is squeezed into the handle, retracting when pressure is released.

    Tools
    • Survival whistle
    • Retractable glass/ice breaker.
  • Assist Rescue Folding Knife Orange C79PSOR

    $174.00
    Spyderco Knives

Spyderco named this knife after its principal job function, to Assist. The Assist was designed for emergency/fire/rescue professionals (and for the well-equipped civilian) who rely on their knives to function flawlessly under pressure. Even with twenty-five years experience in making rescue knives, Spyderco still offering new high-tech features and the Assist model showcases the latest and greatest in this knife genre.

The VG-10 patented blunt-tipped blade is a toothy eighty-percent SpyderEdged for aggressively cutting seatbelts and fibrous material. The last inch of the tip we’ve left PlainEdge for detailed cutting (think sharpening pencils). Perched above the Round Hole, a Cobra Hood positions the thumb directly over the hole for quick blade deployment, then doubles as a leveraging platform for the thumb. The wavy pattern cut from the top of the blade (created by a fireman from Sweden) and along the inside of the handle let you place a piece of rope (between the half-open blade and handle) and scissor the blade shut- especially convenient for cutting rope in-and-around flesh without having to fully open/expose the knife’s blade. The safety orange FRN handle is a molded wonder of Bi-Directional textured contours and bulges that ergonomically wrap around your palm. In the closed position, squeeze the blade deeper into the handle and a retractable carbide tip protrudes out from the base for breaking glass. Outlined in contrasting black on the handle’s spine is a shrill and attention-pitched survival whistle. Carries left/right handed, tip-up by means of a tension wire clip.

  • Atlantic Salt Yellow C89SYL

    $173.00
    Spyderco

It’s been speculated the sheepfoot shaped blade originated with mariners who found the rounded tip especially beneficial when the knife was accidentally dropped (think working on a ship in pitching seas) as it couldn’t stab the foot when hitting the deck. It’s also been hypothesized that commanding officers on these ships preferred rambunctious hardworking sailors carry knives without pointed tips, especially while in port blowing off steam after months at sea.

Spyderco’s Rescue knives are long favored by seafarers and the design has since been embraced by rescue workers, EMT’s and ranchers-anyone cutting around flesh in an emergency. The Atlantic Salt is a modified Rescue made with state-of-the-art, ultra-corrosion-resistant H-2 steel. The hollow-ground blade is available in SpyderEdge offering remarkable cutting performance in and around fresh and saltwater. The molded FRN handle includes a shackle key and is available in black or bright yellow and features a reversible black-coated titanium pocket clip for tip-up carry on either the left or right side. We recommend threading a thong or lanyard cord through the lanyard hole for back-up retention around water, where once dropped, a knife is often irretrievable or lost.

  • BaliYo Flip Pen Heavy Duty Brown/Green YUS113

    $49.00

    Spyderco

Many knife fans have a special affinity for the Filipino balisong or butterfly knife. Its unique twin-handled design allows it to be spun, flipped, twirled, and manipulated in countless ways, challenging their dexterity and creativity and providing endless hours of fun. Unfortunately, the legality of balisongs is restricted in many areas and practicing with them—even for fun—is not a “socially friendly” activity.

The BaliYo solves that problem by combining the distinctive twin-handled design of a balisong with a high-performance pen instead of a blade. The result is a remarkable skill-based toy that offers all the versatility, creativity, and fun of a balisong in a format that is welcome everywhere.

Spyderco’s heavy-duty BaliYo design features a high-impact central body with a retractable pressurized Fisher Space Pen cartridge that makes it a world-class writing instrument. The pen body is flanked by two custom-formulated polymer handles that each rotate 180 degrees on low-friction stainless steel pivots. These brass-weighted, precision-balanced handles can be flipped, swung, twirled, and spun in a variety of patterns, transforming this everyday writing tool into a fascinating game of skill.

Whether you are a veteran balisong fan, a skill-toy enthusiast, a pen collector, or simply a curious first-timer, the BaliYo might end up being your new favorite pastime.

  • Brad Southard Folder Black Titanium Deep Pocket Clip C156GPBBK – Discontinued

    $359.00

    Spyderco Knives

Brad Southard is a talented custom knifemaker who specializes in high-performance folder designs. His first collaboration with Spyderco features a flipper blade opening device that was pioneered by custom knifemaker Kit Carson. A flipper consists of a small lever that extends from the base of the Southard’s CTS 204P hollow-ground blade and protrudes from the back of the knife’s handle when closed. Pulling on it with your index finger creates a tension against the detent mechanism that holds the blade closed. When the detent is overcome, the blade rotates on a special captive ball-bearing pivot system and snaps authoritatively into the open position.

The Southard’s handle combines a textured black G-10 scale and thick titanium liner on one side with a solid titanium scale on the other. The titanium scale forms the foundation of the knife’s sturdy Reeve Integral Lock (R.I.L.) mechanism and features a small inlaid G-10 panel that acts as an overtravel stop when releasing the lock mechanism. It is also home to the knife’s matching stainless steel clip, which supports right-side tip-up carry.

  • Cat Folding Knife C129GP

    $93.00
    Spyderco

Why do knife companies apply animal-like names and descriptions to their knives? In Spyderco’s defense, the Spyderco Round Hole and super sharp edge are reminiscent of eyes and claws.

Think cats. Cats represent a highly developed level of predatory resourcefulness, sleek sharp claws and efficiency. The C129GP Cat CLIPIT has a leaf-shaped CTS-BD1N blade just under two-and-a-half inches in length that is flat-ground for hair popping sharpness.

The Cat is unique. Spyderco aimed for a high pinnacle of cutting adeptness but demanded it be polished and sophisticated in appearance.

A carefully contoured G-10 handle, strategically placed finger choil, and a sturdy Liner Lock mechanism ensure comfort, control, and strength, while a reversible, deep-pocket wire clip provides discreet, ambidextrous tip-up carry.

A deep silhouette wire clip burrows the knife down deeply in a pant’s pocket with the tip facing up ready to carry left- or right-handed.

  • Chaparral Folding Knife FRN Handle Carbon Fiber/G-10 Laminate C152CFP

    $232.00
    Spyderco

Chaparral is a shrub native to the Western United States with the unique ability to perennially survive, revive and regenerate after being destroyed by drought or fire. Like a season it returns year after year. It’s also what Spyderco calls a new and continuing series of gentlemen’s folders.

Mid-sized Chaparral folders will have identical blade and handle profiles but showcase variant handle materials. Handle options will be chosen for their elegant appearance and functional utility with a focus directed at making the Chaparral series unique as well as a serious contender in the gent’s knife genre. Possibly Spyderco’s thinnest, lightest mid-sized CLIPIT® yet, the debut Chaparral has a carbon fiber/G-10 laminate handle with a mid-positioned back lock and screw-together construction.

Attached to the ultra-slim handle, a left-right, tip-up clip arranges the knife deeply inside a pocket. Carpenter Technology Co. produces the CTS XHP powdered steel used for the leaf-shaped blade. The blade is ground full-flat and offered PlainEdged for the best available cutting performance with non-skid jimping located at both the spine and choil.

  • Chicago Folding Knife C130GP

    $92.00
    Spyderco

Laws. Whether necessary, good, or just nutty, they’re intended to establish order and ward-off chaos. When our government and society implement rules we do our best to live within their parameters.

As an example, many U.S. metropolitan cities draw the line for carrying pocketknives in public to knives with blades two-inches in length or under. Welcome to Chicago! If I were a Chicagoan and carried a pocketknife regularly, I might be inclined (as a law abiding citizen) to carry a tool falling under this city’s restriction.

The Spyderco C130G Chicago is just that. Two-inches of flat ground CTS BD1N blade urbanely outfitted with black G-10 handle scales and Michael Walker LinerLock®.  The handle is shaped and sized ergonomically with full-length skeletonized liners inside for strength without bulk or weight.

Its leaf-like shaped blade effectively cuts across the board, from significant strenuous cuts like carpet and poly rope to something as simple as fingernail cleaning or scraping tape off of glass.

A deep pocket clip burrows the knife down into a pant’s pocket with the tip facing up ready to carry left- or right-handed. This one is for Chicagoans or anyone looking for a city/suit knife.

    $89.00

    Spyderco

The ClipiTool Rescue is a multi-function pocket knife that offers three different folding tools optimized for the needs of first responders. Its primary blade is full-flat ground and combines a classic sheepfoot profile with our fully serrated SpyderEdge™ to create the iconic “rescue” pattern. • Delica 4 Flat Ground 2-7/8″ VG10 Satin Plain Blade, Zome Green FRN Handles, Lockback Pocket Knife C11ZFPGR

    $129.00
    Spyderco

This unique expression of the Delica 4 Lightweight combines all the features of this best-selling model with a multi-colored hand-dyed “zome” handle.

Zome (pronounced “zoh-may”) is a class of Japanese handicrafts that focuses on dyeing textiles. This ancient art form includes many different methods of creating patterns on cloth using dyes derived from plants, flowers, fruit, and other natural sources and is closely related to many aspects of Japanese history and culture.

Inspired by this rich artistic heritage, Spyderco’s Zome knives are unique variations of our lightweight models, which feature injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handles. The handles are molded in a light base color and then individually hand dyed by expert Japanese artisans. Using a technique reminiscent of traditional hiki-zome (brush dyeing), various colors of dye are hand brushed onto the handle to create distinctive, one-of-a-kind patterns. Like Japan’s classical dyeing methods, the special dyes used completely permeate the FRN to permanently color it.

This Delica 4 Lightweight boasts all the defining features of its breed, including a full-flat-ground VG-10 stainless steel blade, a sturdy back lock mechanism, skeletonized stainless steel liners, and a four-position pocket clip. Its injection-molded FRN handle showcases a brilliant hand-dyed zome pattern in shades of green.

If you’re looking for a reliable workhorse knife with one-of-a-kind character, this is it.

Now that performance takes another quantum leap forward with the addition of a Wharncliffe blade profile. The blade of choice of many savvy knife users, the Wharncliffe’s perfectly straight cutting edge offers extreme cutting power near the heel and scalpel-like precision at the tip—especially when combined with a low-friction, full-flat grind.

All other features of this knife are consistent with the best-selling Dragonfly 2, including a lightweight, injection molded FRN handle, high-traction Bi-Directional Texturing™, a sturdy back lock mechanism, and a reversible deep-pocket wire clip.
