SHIPPING:

Our regular normal ordering/delivery time is two weeks for any orders we do not currently have in-stock; and, less than two weeks for all in-stock products. We use Canada/U.S.A. ground shipping at a low cost fee charged by the carrier (Insurance is considered mandatory.) International orders are considered descretionary. All shipping and transportation cost concerns are negotiable at the time of sale.

RETURNS:

Returns are considered as a store credit, at the full purchase amount, towards any merchandise we carry. This is dependent on the conditions of the return as NEW and RE-SELLABLE for dealer/manufacturer purposes. The purchaser is responsible to pay for the shipping and insurance, unless negotiated with our management/sales staff when the sale made.
