How do
I access my shopping cart?
You can access your shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping
cart" button or the "view cart" button. Products
will remain in your shopping cart until they have been purchased
or removed.

What
type of payment do you accept?
Target Knives will gladly accept checks and major credit cards,
from phone and email orders. Orders are processed 5 days after
receipt of check. Online orders are limited to major credit cards.
Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. orders. Credit accounts are available
to approved clients on application. Terms are strictly 30 days.

Will
you charge sales tax or GST on my order?
No sales tax will be charged. 7% GST
will be charged on Canadian orders only. All prices are in Canadian
dollars.

Will
I receive a confirmation of my order?
Target Knives will send a confirmation to you via email. Your
confirmation will contain information about the products and prices.
Please retain a copy of this for future reference.

long will it take to process my order?
We stock the knives and products on this site, we will make
every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of
your order. Please allow between
2 to 12 business days to receive your product.

shipping options do you provide?
We currently ship via Canada Post and FedEx.

What is
your return policy?
We offer the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied
with an item you have purchased, you may return it within 30 days
for a replacement or an exchange. You must call for a return authorization
before attempting to make a return. Products presented for exchange
must be returned unused in the original packaging. All sales are
considered final. Returns not pre-approved are subject to a 20%
re-stocking fee.

100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied,
please return your purchase in its original condition within 14
days, for a full, prompt refund or exchange (Shipping and Handling
not included). Please contact us
